1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Tawaqqo Fresh to Home ("Tawaqqo," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tawaqqo website at www.tawaqqo.com ("Website"), and our fresh meat delivery services ("Services") in Karachi, Pakistan.

By accessing our Website, or placing an order through our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.


2. Eligibility and Account Registration


2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

We specialize in delivering fresh (never frozen) meat products including:

3.2 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, actual products may vary slightly in appearance, color, or size. All meat products are subject to natural variation.


3.3 Availability and Substitutions

Products are subject to availability and market conditions

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service

If a product is unavailable, we may offer a similar substitute with your consent

Daily market prices may affect product availability


4. Ordering and Payment

4.2 Order Confirmation

Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation Call/Email/SMS. We reserve the right to cancel any order before delivery for reasons including:

  3. Suspected fraudulent activity
  4. Delivery area limitations


4.3 Pricing

  1. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  2. Prices are subject to change based on daily market rates
  3. Delivery charges apply as specified at checkout

5. Delivery and Acceptance

We currently deliver within specified areas of Karachi, Pakistan. Delivery availability can be checked during checkout.


5.2 Delivery Times

Same-day delivery for orders placed before 11:00 PM

Next-day delivery for later orders

Delivery hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM


5.3 Delivery Charges

Fixed delivery charges within primary service areas

Variable charges for extended areas

Free delivery on orders above specified thresholds

5.4 Order Acceptance and Inspection

CRITICAL POLICY: DOORSTEP CHECKING

  1. Customers must inspect their order at the time of delivery
  2. Check for quantity, quality, and correct cuts
  3. Report any discrepancies immediately to the delivery personnel
  4. Once delivery is accepted and personnel leave, NO returns or refunds are permitted due to the perishable nature of fresh meat


5.5 Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  1. Incorrect address
  2. Customer unavailable
  3. Refusal to accept delivery
  4. Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.


6. Quality and Freshness Guarantee

 

6.1 Freshness Policy

We guarantee that all fresh meat products are:

  1. 100% fresh, never frozen
  2. Processed and delivered on the same day
  3. Maintained in proper packing & temperature

 

6.2 Storage Recommendations

Upon delivery, customers should:

  1. Immediately refrigerate at 0-4°C
  2. Consume fresh meat within 1-2 days
  3. Freeze for longer storage if needed
  4. Follow proper food safety practices


7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations


7.1 Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled before processing begins
  2. Contact customer service immediately for cancellations
  3. Once processing starts, cancellations may not be possible
  4. Bulk orders require 48-hour notice for cancellation


7.2 Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat:

  1. NO returns are accepted after delivery
  2. NO refunds after delivery acceptance
  3. Quality issues must be reported during delivery


7.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  1. Report immediately during delivery
  2. Provide photographic evidence if needed
  3. We will arrange replacement or compensation as appropriate


8. Bulk Orders and B2B Services


8.1 Bulk Orders

For weddings, events, and large gatherings:

  1. Minimum 3-5 days advance notice required
  2. Customized quotes provided
  3. Special pricing available for large volumes
  4. Specific terms and conditions apply


8.2 B2B Services

For restaurants, hotels, and businesses:

  1. Regular supply contracts available
  2. Customized cutting and processing
  3. Wholesale pricing
  4. Dedicated account management


9. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
